Panther Air LLC does not function as an aircraft operator. The operation of all aircraft is carried out by FAA part 135 or part 121 operators, or their foreign counterparts that align with the equivalent regulations of the respective Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA). Panther Air LLC functions as a charter broker, representing its clients in accordance with the guidelines laid out in DOT 14 CFR part 295.

Panther Air LLC does not function as an aircraft operator. The operation of all Panther Air aircraft is carried out by our certified FAA partner. For flights not operated by partner, Panther Air will serve as an agent/broker for our customers obtaining air charter services. Carriers are fully certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
